Guided walks and events in Cornwall in the month of June include:

Cornish choughs and wildlife walk - RSPB
Timed to coincide with a colourful display of cliff-top plants plus fledging of the Lizard choughs. Meet at National Trust Lizard car park (charge for non-members) opposite entrance to lighthouse. Monthly birders social meet at the Old Quay House, Lelant. 8pm ‘ish for informal chat and a drink or two. All welcome. Sould be able to sit outside and watch the estuary whilst having a pint in the evening sunshine!

RSPB Marazion Marsh nature reserve
Summertime - flowers blooming, bees buzzing and birds singing – and a good time for seeing sedge warblers, Cetti’s warblers, reed buntings and grey herons. Meet at reserve entrance opposite the small private car park (SW 514312) to join the warden. Members £1, non-members £1.50. Booking essential. Contact the RSPB, 01392 432691.
