GREAT BITTERN
Over 160 individuals recorded since 1931. Recorded almost annually at Marazion since 1972 and from Loe Pool since 1979. The Bittern on the souther cutoff at Stithians Reservoir in the winter of 2007/2008 was extremely confiding resulting in the photos below.
