HaylePectoral Sandpiper at Hayle Estuary RSPB on Ryan’s field at 0745hrs

PendeenWilson’s Petrel flew past Pendeen Watch at 1115hrs. Gull-billed Tern flew past Pendeen Watch at 1400hrs. Also Red-necked PhalaropeGreat ShearwaterSabine’s Gull (11), Leach’s Petrel (8), Long-tailed Skua, Balearic Shearwater (9), Great Northern Diver and Storm Petrel (31) flew past Pendeen Watch

Trevose Head – Wilson’s Petrel flew past Trevose Head at 1850hrs. Also Sabine’s Gull, Leach’s Petrel (3), Pom Skua, Balearic Shearwater (3), Sooty Shearwater (3) and Storm Petrel (49)

NewquayLeach’s Petrel (7), Grey Phalarope (5), Arctic Tern (2) and Storm Petrel (2) flew west past Towan Head. Leach’s Petrel and Balearic Shearwater flew past Pentire Point between 1730-1900hrs

MarazionSabine’s Gull offshore from station cafe car park at 0830hrs

TruroOsprey at Truro River/Tresillian River confluence

Downderry – Balearic Shearwater flew west past Downderry this morning

No sign of Lesser Yellowlegs at Devoran at Tallack’s Creek by mid morning but Garganey, Spotted Redshank, Wheatear and Osprey (2) still (Thanks A.Nicholson and J.Rowe)

Hayle **GULL-BILLED TERN** (ad) on Hayle Estury RSPB off B3301 Causeway at 1115hrs then flew towards Carnsew basin, no further sign this evening but BONAPARTE’S GULL (1w) still on estuary in SW corner. Little Ringed Plover on Ryans Field late morning and Curlew Sandpiper there in evening. Grasshopper Warbler and Cetti’s Warbler singing at Marsh Lane at 0345hrs

Treen WOODCHAT SHRIKE (2), 1 in field just west of campsite and 1 in 3rd field SW of campsite along footpath to Porthcurno

Marazion PURPLE HERON (ad) still at Marazion Marsh RSPB at east end at 1015hrs. Whimbrel (16+), Sandwich Tern (4+) on rocks offshore, Cetti’s Warblers, Bullfinch (2) and Reed Warblers (Thanks D.King)

The LizardMONTAGU’S HARRIER (male) still at Croft Pascoe this morning (Thanks I.Griffiths). Also HOOPOE at Windmill Farm reserve and Short-eared Owl.

Wadebridge – probable TUNDRA PEREGRINE (juv) still at Walmsley Sanctuary at 1215hrs

Gwithian Little Ringed Plover at St Gothian Sands at 0700hrs then flew south. Also Yellow Wagtail over, House Martin (3) and Wheatear (10). Cetti’s Warbler singing at Gwithian Dune.

Sennen WRYNECK by gate at 1st ploughed field SE of Trevilley Farm. Also Whinchat. Siberian type Chiffchaff (2) still at Brew sewage works

St JustWood Warbler, Pied Flycatcher (male) Willow Warblers, Chiffchaff and Blackcap singing at Cot Valley this morning (Thanks K.Bealing) no sign of Pied Flycatcher at 1600hrs

Wadebridge Water Pipit at Walmsley Sanctuary this morning

Bude Cetti’s Warbler at Bude Marshes NR singing opposite hide. Also Swallow (12+), Sand Martin (c10) and House Martin over main pool. Chiffchaff several singing and Willow Warbler also (Thanks H.Kendall)

Sennen*GULL-BILLED TERN* (ad) still over ploughed field SE of Trevilley Farm this morning then flew SW returned late morning, seen on and off throughout the afternoon. For Trevilley farm park only in B3315 layby and follow footpath south to farm then take footpath left. MAP HERE. Also WRYNECK in hedge at first ploughed field. Also Redstart. Sandwich Tern (5) in Sennen Cove on The Cowloe late afternoon (Thanks M.Halliday, D.King et al)

Zennor Red Kite flew over The Tinners Arms at 1700hrs. Also Swallow (2) and Grasshopper Warbler reeling (Thanks S.Halfyard and A.Phillips). Also Swallow (6), Wheatear (6) and Yellowhammer (4) at Trewey Common this afternoon. Willow Warbler (12+) in valley at Towednack.

Sennenpossible **PALLID SWIFT** breifly at Trevilley farm at 0930hrs then flew south. *GULL-BILLED TERN* (ad) still at 1100hrs over ploughed field SE of Trevilley farm. Relocated at Lands End, Over pools at Swingates House viewable from moor south of Car Park, then on The Cowloe in Sennen Cove this afternoon For Trevilley farm park only in B3315 layby and follow footpath south to farm then take footpath left. BEE-EATER at Trevilley farm at 1030hrs then flew east towards Skewjack. HOOPOE also at 0950hrs then flew east. Swift (2) and Hen Harrier (2. 1 male) over. Siberian type Chiffchaff (3) still at Brew Sewage works

Park only in B3315 layby and follow footpath south to farm then take footpath left (Thanks J.Swann, S.Williams et al) Siberian type Chiffchaff (1+) still at Brew Sewage Works, probable Siberian type Chiffchaff at Trevorian pool. Marsh Harrier over Trevilley farm at 1215hrs
