Todays Birding and Seawatching highlights in Cornwall include:
Hayle Estuary - Red-necked Phalarope reported at 17.00hrs on Ryan’s Field, tho mobile. NOTE: Spring high tide tomorrow. RSPB are keeping water from entering Ryan’s field so waders have somewhere to roost. Also Arctic Tern (juv) and Gannet (ad) from Old Quay house Car Park (thanks M.Halliday)

St Ives Island - Sabines Gull (3 juvs), Leach’s Petrel (5), Balearic Sh’water (6), Grey Phalarope (4), Red-necked Grebe (1). Plus Black Guillemot, Sooty Sh’water (1), Bonxie (5)(thanks H.Cook)
Sennen Cove - Pom Skua past this morning, Bonxie (2), Arctic Skua (2), Sooty Sh’water (1).
Antony - Osprey (1), Spoonbill (1), Arctic Tern (2) (Thanks C.Buckland) BLACK KITE again at 17.30hrs tho distant.
Torpoint - Sandwich Tern (11), Med Gull (27) (thanks C.Buckland)
Porthgwarra - Balearic Sh’water (22), Grey Phalarope (2), Pom Skua (1), Black-throated Diver (1), Storm petrel (21)
