Todays Birding highlights in Cornwall include:

Drift – *CATTLE EGRET* (12) still in fields at Treganhoe Farm again.

Polgigga HOOPOE still in gardens opposite duck pond. (Please respect the privacy of residents)

MarazionWater Pipit still on beach at Red River mouth. Also Slav Grebe (3), BT Diver (2), GN Diver offshore and ‘Siberian’ Chiffchaff on east side of Long rock pool. Sand Martin over RSPB Marsh.

NewlynICELAND GULL (2 juvs) still in harbour

HelstonYellow-browed Warbler still at Lower Nansloe Farm in willows at entrance track. Also Firecrest (2) and Firecrest at Sewage Works.

PenzancePurple Sandpiper (37) at Jubilee Pool today and Sandwich Tern at harbour mouth
