Todays birding highlights in Cornwall include:

Tehidy Country Park – **HUME’S LEAF WARBLER** still by first pond at back of cafe. Plus Firecrest (2)

Cot Valley – **HUME’S LEAF WARBLER** again at top end of valley.

Drift – *CATTLE EGRET* (13) at Sellan Farm, viewed from Car-park and GLAUCOUS GULL (2w) on reservoir at 14.00hrs (thanks D.Jenkins) Also GLAUCOUS GULL (juv) and ICELAND GULL (2w) this morning.

StithiansRING-NECKED DUCK (fem) on southern cutoff with Tufted Ducks and Bittern still. (thanks S.Taylor) Also RING-BILLED GULL (1w) again briefly.

NewlynICELAND GULL (ad and 2 juvs) still in Harbour. Also BN Grebe and Med Gull (2w) (thanks J.H.Johns)

Lands EndICELAND GULL (juv) Polgigga in fields at Lower Bosistow Farm. Plus Med Gull (4)

St Austell – possible PACIFIC DIVER reported again off Lower Porthpean.

Helston – *CATTLE EGRET* (6) in fields adjacent to Ward’s Garage. Yellow-browed Warbler still along footpath to Nansloe Farm from Sewage works. Also Firecrest (2) near sewage works and LT Duck still on Loe Pool.

Hayle EstuaryMed Gull (ad, 4x 2w and 1w) one with red Darvik ring with lettering PH J6 on left leg (thanks J.H.Johns) Also Avocet still and Little Gull (1w) this afternoon.

GwithianWater Pipit still on flashes tho mobile. Also Reed Bunting (5), Shoveler (pr) and Shelduck (7). (Cornwall Birding)
