Todays Birding highlights in Cornwall include:

Hayle*CATTLE EGRET* (3) still at Trencrom Hill. View from minor road off  Old Coach road.

Drift*CATTLE EGRET* (5) still in fields at Treganhoe Farm

Hayle EstuaryGLAUCOUS GULL (juv) from causeway bridge, plus Med Gull (4) and Avocet still.

MillbrookRed-Breasted Merganser (12), Slav Grebe, BN Grebe, GN DIVER (3), Brent Goose (2), Greenshank (4), Spotted Redshank (1), Whimbrel (1) and Kingfisher (thanks C.Buckland)

Falmouth Med Gull (ad) still at Swanpool in Car park this afternoon. Off Pennance Point today were Black-throated Diver (21), Shag (450+), Slav Grebe and Red-necked Grebe. (thanks H.Cook)

Tehidy Country ParkYELLOW-BROWED WARBLER still in trees in newly cut area at back of first pond and showing well (thanks J.H.Johns)

Cot Valley**HUME’S WARBLER** still at top end of valley around Youth Hostel today, tho elusive
