Todays Birding highlights in Cornwall include:
Truro - YB Warbler in Victoria Park at 12.15; another in a private garden
Pendeen - Serin and Red-backed Shrike between Manor Farm and white house late afternoon.
Hayle Estuary - Spoonbill (2w) still, Little Stint (2), Pintail (3), Black-tailed Godwit (1), Knot (1), Little Egret (19) (Cornwall Birding) Spotted Redshank (2) (thanks West Mids Bird Club) Common Tern on Ryan’s Field. Greenshank (2) on Copperhouse Creek late afternoon.
Porthgwarra - *DUSKY WARBLER* on coastal path east of village Cove at mouth of stream.
Walmsley Sanctuary - Garganey (fem) and Ruff (9)
Nanjizal - Wryneck still at Nanjizal House along track to Nanjizal Bay.
Stithians Reservoir - Wood Sandpiper reported again and Green Sandpiper (2) at Golden Lion cut off (per S.Taylor)
