Todays Birding highlights in Cornwall include:

The Lizard – *BLACK-WINGED STILT* (3) still at Ruan Pool, Windmill Farm Reserve, tho mobile. Please be quiet around hides, the birds are very flighty. (see Rare and Scarce Bird Map for location)

Drift – *CATTLE EGRET* (17) today in fields north of Drift Reservoir.

Laddock – *CATTLE EGRET* (2) in cattle field between Laddock and New Mills (thanks S.Wilcock)

NewlynICELAND GULL (juv) still in harbour.

RedruthHOOPOE in Poldice Valley this morning. Park at Twelveheads and walk 1/2ml down valley.

StithiansRING-NECKED DUCK (fem) still on southern cutoff.

SaltashGarganey (2) at Sheviock on fishing pool at 11.40hrs. Also Common Sandpiper. (thanks C.Buckland)

Rame HeadRing Ouzel by coastguard lookout at 10.00hrs. Also Redstart.

Helford – Great Northern Diver at the mouth of the Helford at 19:30hrs (thanks V.Rank-Broadley and J. Blyth)
