Todays Birding highlights in Cornwall include:

Tehidy Country Park – **HUME’S LEAF WARBLER** still near pond at rear of cafe, tho elusive

Cot Valley – **HUME’S LEAF WARBLER** still at top end of valley favouring the garden of Cot Manor, tho elusive

Stithians Reservoir – *CATTLE EGRET* (2) still in field west of sailing club

Newquay – *CATTLE EGRET* (5) still at Trennistick Farm in fields near Crantock Plains Touring Park

Drift – *CATTLE EGRET* (4+) still in fields at Treganhoe Farm

St Austell – probable PACIFIC DIVER again off Porthpean beach, also GN Diver (3+) (thanks N.Best)

Antony SPOONBILL (4) on River Lynher: 1 at Whacker Quay; 3 on island.

NewlynICELAND GULL (3) still in harbour, also GN Diver and Med Gull on Tolcarne Beach

Lands EndICELAND GULL (juv) early afternoon in field at Trevescan Farm possibly same bird seen late morning flying past Sennen Cove.

TruroYellow-browed Warbler briefly in private garden but no further sign after searching (thanks D.Jenkins)
