Tuesday 30th September 2008 – Cornwall Bird Reports

A much quieter day than yesterday with no sign of any Red-breasted Flycatchers. Birding highlights in Cornwall include:

PorthgwarraYELLOW-BROWED WARBLER still in copse nr car park. Also Firecrest.

St LevanYELLOW-BROWED WARBLER still in sycamores near church along track to Grey Gables.

Camelford - PECTORAL SANDPIPER still at Davidstow Airfield this morning.

PendeenLeach’s Petrel west past Pendeen Watch this afternoon.

Hayle Estuary - Ruff (3) on main estuary then flew west this morning (Thanks M.Halliday)
