Todays Birding highlights in Cornwall include:
Camborne - possible **HUME’S LEAF WARBLER**or Yellow-browed Warbler near entrance to Duchy College, Rosewarne this morning tho mobile.
Tehidy Country Park - **HUME’S LEAF WARBLER** still near pond at back of cafe. Also Firecrest (2) (thanks K.Wilson)
Cot Valley - **HUME’S LEAF WARBLER** still at top end of valley in area of Daisy Cottage
Drift - *CATTLE EGRET* (12+) still in fields at Treganhoe Farm this morning
Camel Estuary - *CATTLE EGRET* in cattle fields at Dinham Flats at midday.
Stithians Reservoir - RING NECKED DUCK (fem) still at south end off Carmenellis Causeway. Also Goosander (2).
Sennen Cove - ICELAND GULL (2W) also 2 birds in fields tho mobile. Balearic Sh’water (2) and Puffin past and Purple Sandpiper (7)
Hayle Estuary - Avocet still at 10.15hrs plus Med Gull (ad and 2w)
Newlyn - BN Grebe (2) still in harbour. ICELAND GULL (2 juvs) on Skirt Island at Mousehole at 14.20hrs and three birds in Newlyn Harbour late afternoon.
Marazion - BT Diver (9) and GN Diver (4) in Mounts Bay this morning. Also Water Pipit at Red River mouth and Black Redstart near Godolphin Arms Pub.
Gwithian - Little Gull (1w) still at St Gothian Sands NR
