Todays Birding highlights in Cornwall include:
Drift - *CATTLE EGRET* (3+) still in fields at Treganhoe Farm this morning
Wadebridge - *CATTLE EGRET* (3) NW of Camel Trail in field by River Amble. Also GLAUCOUS GULL (ad) from hide at Walmsley Sanctuary this morning and ICELAND GULL and Sand Martin (2) again at Clapper Marsh.
Sancreed - GLAUCOUS GULL (2w) still in fields NE of Sancreed and Hen Harrier (ringtail) again this morning
Newlyn - ICELAND GULL (juv) still in Harbour
Hayle Estuary - ICELAND GULL (juv), Med Gull (3×2w and 1w) and Little Gull (1w) this afternoon
Trevose Head - LAPLAND BUNTING(4) still in stubble field oppositeĀ coastguards cottages. Also Brambling (20) and Corn Bunting (60) *NOTE* Please keep to Public Rights of Way and do not trespass onto fields.
Stithians Reservoir - Bittern still on southern cutoff
Portscatho - Sand Martin and GN Diver (2) reported today.
Negative news of reported Arctic Redpoll at Crowdy Reservoir today. No reports from Tehidy and Cot Valley on Humes Leaf Warblers today.
