Porthgwarra  – *BOOTED WARBLER* between 60ft cover and Stonewall Pool at 1545hrs (M.Wallace via Twitter). No further sign this evening but *Greenish Warbler* at top end of 60 foot cover

Perranuthnoe – Hudsonian Whimbrel (1s) still in Boat Cove at 15:35

Restronguet – Dalmatian Pelican still at Restronguet Creek opposite Point Quay at 10:55

TruroSPOONBILL with Little Egrets along Truro River at high tide this morning (Thanks S.Trevena)

Lands EndTURTLE DOVE flew SE over Treeve Moor at 10.50hrs (Thanks P&H Taylor)

Hayle EstuaryGreen Sandpiper briefly at Lelant Saltings this morning. Also Knot, Ringed Plover, Dunlin and Common Sandpiper. Black-tailed Godwit (1) and Bar-tailed Godwit (2) on Ryan’s Field. Also Kingfisher (2) and Common Sandpiper (2).

Gwithian Ruff (juv) and Dunlin (ad and 3 juv) at St Gothian Sands early morning. Also Green Sandpiper, Common Sandpiper, Wheatear (4) and Yellow Wagtail.

Wadebridge – Merlin from Burniere Hide this morning (Thanks S Grose)

Scillonian crossing – Balearic Shearwater and Storm Petrel (3) from Scillonian III this morning

Bodmin Moor – Curlew Sandpiper (4), Dunlin (9), Common Sandpiper (3), Ringed Plover (10), Stonechat  (3. juv) and Winchat at Siblyback lake (Thanks J.Eames)

Rock  – Med Gull (117) and Sandwich Tern (36) at Porthilly beach (Thanks S.Grose)

    I live in Heamoor and most nights I hear the call of an Eagle Owl. Yet to see him but he hoots near Roscadghill Road.
