Todays Birding highlights in Cornwall include:
St Agnes - *PALLAS’S WARBLER* (male) still singing in Garden of Rest just south of St Agnes methodists Chapel 150yrds north of mini-roundabout on B3277.
Penzance - *CATTLE EGRET* (9) still at Chysauster east of Newmill in field south of track to Boscreege Farm.
Rame Head - Nightingale singing by Rame Church at 08.30hrs. Also Turtle Dove in trees by Rame Burton.
Torpoint - Roseate Tern reported this afternoon at St Johns Lake. Also Long-tailed Duck still.
Marazion - Blue-headed Wagtail again this morning on Marazion Marsh RSPB. Also Black Tern, Whinchat, Wheatear (4), Whimbrel (2) and White Wagtail. Whimbrel (90+) on beach. (thanks S.Taylor)
Lands End - Woodlark flew over this morning
Sennen - Whimbrel (20+) off Cowloe. Hoopoe still in horse paddock near mobile phone mast at Brew Pool.
