Todays Birding highlights from yet another wet day in Cornwall include:
Cot Valley - **HUME’S WARBLER** still at top end of valley near Daisy Cottage, tho elusive
Drift - *CATTLE EGRET* (8) still in fields around Treganhoe Farm
Hayle - *CATTLE EGRET* (3) still in sheep fields at Trencrom this morning.
Antony - SPOONBILL (1) still on River Lynher at Whacker Quay, plus Avocet (6).
Stithians Reservoir - Bittern still at southern Cutoff and showing well (thanks S.Taylor)
Falmouth - Black-throated Diver (13) and Shag (307) offshore at Swanpool this morning (Thanks N.Godden)
Lands End - Little Gull (1w) at Lands End Aerodrome this morning. Plus Med Gull (ad)
Newlyn - Black-necked Grebe still in harbour this morning
Penzance - Great Northern Diver (2) in Penzance Harbour today (thanks S.Williams)
