Todays birding highlights in Cornwall include:

HelstonRED-BACKED SHRIKE (juv) still at east end of Carminow Creek (Thanks S.Rogers, SW Optics)

Hayle EstuaryPink-footed Goose still. Also Pale-bellied Brent Goose (2), Black-tailed Godwit (1), Bar-tailed Godwit (8+), Knot (5) and Med Gull (ad), Curlew Sand (3) and Little Stint (2). Also Green Sandpiper on Ryan’s Field. (P.Freestone and T.Twiggs)

Nanquidno Firecrest and Reed Warbler in valley this morning. No sign of Marsh Warbler (Thanks M.Halliday)
