Todays Birding highlights in Cornwall include:

Helston*LESSER SCAUP* again on the boating lake this morning. Also possible Ehrenberg’s Redstart (form samamisicus) south of boating lake 100yrds south of car park in small copse just beyond small pool.

PorthgwarraRICHARD’S PIPIT on moor at Gwennap Head, tho mobile.

St AustellDartford Warbler at Gorran Haven this morning. Also Black-throated Diver (4) offshore. (Thanks D.Payne)

Boscastle Goosander (fem) on River Valency next to the car park in Boscastle. (Thanks T.Simon)

Zennor Hen harrier (fem) and Firecrest at Foage valley today (Thanks R.James) Also Hen Harrier (2) and Short-eared Owl at Trewey Common this afternoon.

Marazion Brent Goose (5+) still in Mounts Bay this morning. Also Water Pipit and Black Redstart on beach. Firecrest at Marazion Marsh.

Canonstown Woodlark (10) still in stubble field south of A30 at Canonstown.

LooeWater Pipit at Hannafore Point late afternoon.
