Todays Birding highlights in Cornwall include:

Tehidy CP - **HUME’S LEAF WARBLER** still in scrub at back of cafe. Also Firecrest

Looe - *CATTLE EGRET* (6) still at Widegates opposite Downend Country house with single Little egret. (thanks J.Batey)

Drift - *CATTLE EGRET* (16) still in fields at Treganhoe Farm

Wadebridge - *CATTLE EGRET* (2) at Hay, flew towards Wadebridge late morning

Stithians - *CATTLE EGRET* still at Golden Lion cutoff. Also Bittern still at southern cutoff and RN Duck (fem) still.

Mousehole - GLAUCOUS GULL roosted on St Clements Isle.

Trevose Head - LAPLAND BUNTING (1) in field opposite coastguard cottages. Also Corn Bunting (40+) and Brambling

Gwithian - Water Pipit still on flashes at St Gothian Sands. Also Swallow (2) and Wheatear (3)

Davidstow - Wheatear on Davidstow Moor.

Lands End - Wheatear (5) at Greeb Farm, also Merlin.

ICELAND GULLS reported today at Gunwalloe, Drift, Newlyn, Mousehole and Sennen Cove
