Todays birding highlights on a wet and windy day in Cornwall include:

Drift – *CATTLE EGRET* (19) still in fields at Treganhoe Farm. ICELAND GULL (juv)

Hayle EstuaryGLAUCOUS GULL (juv) at 1530hrs. Also ICELAND GULL (juv) and Med Gull (ad, 3x2w and 1w)

WadebridgeSPOONBILL (ad) again at Dinham Flats viewed from Camel Trail this morning

NewlynICELAND GULL (juv) still in Harbour. Also BN Grebe still.

MarazionICELAND GULL (juv) on beach this morning. Also Water Pipit again at Red River mouth

HelstonYellow-browed Warbler still at Lower Nansloe Farm.

Tamar Birdwatching CruiseSPOONBILL (ad and 1w), Avocet (5+), Spotted Redshank, Red-breasted Merganser from cruise today (Thanks B.Taggart and R.Menari)
