Todays Birding highlights in Cornwall include:

MarazionSpotted Crake (2); 1 from 5bar gate; 1 near sanctuary are fence early morning. YB Warbler along track by Red River 50yrds north of stone pillar.

Lands End Woodlark flew over early morning

Stithians Reservoir Wood Sandpiper still at southern end from CBWPS Hide

KenidjackYB Warbler still at seaward end by last houses in sallows

Hayle Estuary Ruff (2), Black-tailed Godwit (1), Bar tailed Godwit (7), Knot (1), Med Gull (ad), Siskin (2 over) (thanks M.Halliday) SPOONBILL this evening flew in at 17.15hrs and still there at 18.30hrs. (thanks P.Jeggo)

Sennen CoveMed Gull (3 ads, 2 2nd wint and 1st wint) on Beach

Duckpool – probable Red-backed Shrike at 15.30hrs briefly 200yrds up valley.
