Lands EndPURPLE HERON (ad) flew in off sea at Trinity pool then flew south towards pool at Swingates at 1300hrs, still present at 1530hrs at Swingates House. Also Short Eared Owl

Fowey BEE-EATER on SW side of Fowey west of St.Catherines Castle at Allday’s Field at 0920hrs

Sennen – RING-BILLED GULL (ad) in Sennen Cove off lifeboat station on the Cowloe til late morning then flew east. Siberian type Chiffchaff (4) still at Brew Sewage Works this afternoon

Penzance - ROSE-COLOURED STARLING (1w.male) still around Weethes Cottages. view from lane behind Alphington House Registry office. Respect residents privacy, no sign around midday (Thanks S.Grimwade, Swallow Birding)
