Porthgwarra - *BLACK KITE* over moor again at 1100hrs. Also Pied Flycatcher and Tree Pipit (4+) in valley this morning.

The Lizard – *GREAT WHITE EGRET* flew out to sea at Lizard Point at 0835hrs. Also Wheatear (1), Chough (2) and Whimbrel (1) (Thanks S.Taylor)

Nanjizal – RED-BACKED SHRIKE (juv) still in Valley. Also Lapland Bunting. Quail in field by Nanjizal House briefly this morning

Cornwall Birding Pelagic – very quiet trip this morning with only two Storm Petrels and  Sooty Shearwater (1+) of note.

Pendeen – Balearic Shearwater (4), Arctic Skua (5), Great Skua (2) and Med Gull past Pendeen watch before 1030hrs.

Stithians – Greenshank and Ringed Plover (6) in Chapel Bay (Thanks S.Taylor)

Hayle - Black-tailed Godwit (4) on Ryan’s Field this morning. Greenshank (2) and Kingfisher on main estuary from Lelant Saltings. (PJF)
