Nanjizal*BLACK KITE * still at 1350hrs just east of Nanjizal valley over ploughed field. No sign of any Buff Breasted Sandpipers near Carn Les Boel.

Hayle – *BAIRD’S SANDPIPER* (juv) on Hayle estuary RSPB at high tide. Also Little Stint (juv), Curlew Sandpiper (12+) and Common Tern (17) (Thanks P.Kemp). BUFF BREASTED SANDPIPER (juv) still on Ryans Field at 1300hrs. Also PECTORAL SANDPIPER and Whimbrel

DriftPECTORAL SANDPIPER (4) still at Drift reservoir in NW arm from hide this afternoon, (3) mid afternoon. Also Spotted Redshank (juv) and Knot (2)

NanquidnoWRYNECK still in valley west of Mill House near gate with ‘No Parking’ sign. Pied Flycatcher in sycamores below Nanjulian Farm

The LizardBalearic Shearwater (9) and Sooty Shearwater (12) past Bass Point between 1100-1300hrs

PorthgwarraGreat Shearwater (5), Balearic Shearwater (55), Sooty Shearwater (42), Arctic Skua (6), Great Skua (10), Little Gull (2), Arctic Tern (11) and Storm Petrel (9) flew past Gwennap Head in 10hrs 15mins. Crimson Speckled Moth c2/3 mile NW of Porthgwarra by footpath to Nanjizal
