Todays Birding highlights in Cornwall include:

TorpointWHITE-RUMPED SANDPIPER again off Chapeldown Road with Dunlin.

HelstonRING-BILLED GULL still at boating lake this afternoon. Also probable ‘Siberian’ Chiffchaff at sewage works. ROUGH-LEGGED BUZZARD along A394 by Porthleven junction early afternoon then flew north.

PenzanceSwallow (3) at Penzance railway station. Also Purple Sandpiper (20) on rocks at Jubilee Pool

WadebridgeWater Pipit (4) at Treraven Meadow NR today. Hen Harrier and Jack Snipe at Walmsley Sanctuary.

MarazionWater Pipit on beach again. Also PB Brent Goose (9) and Black Redstart at Little London

St IvesBlack Redstart on roof of cinema this morning.

Bodmin MoorPink-footed Goose (2), Barnacle Goose (3) and Pochard (2) at Siblyback Reservoir today (Thanks J.Batey)
