Crows-an-Wra – Richard’s Pipit still in field north of A30 viewed from layby with ‘mud on road’ sign.

Newquay – Ring-necked Duck (drk) still at east end of Porth reservoir from hide.

Wadebridge – Water Pipit (2) at Treraven Meadows and Green and Common Sandpipers. Also Goosander (3) flew upriver at Dinham Flat and Spoonbill (3) also present there.

Falmouth – Velvet Scoter (2 first winters) still on western side of Carrick Roads from Loe Beach, Feock but distant (birds probably south of Weir Point, Mylor). Also Black-necked Grebe (12+), Red-breasted Merganser (7+),  Great Northern Diver(2) and Common Sandpiper. (Thanks T.Twiggs)

Truro – Black-necked Grebe (2) on river at Tresillian. Also Avocet.

Feock – Velvet Scoter (2) still off Loe Beach. Also Slav Grebe (2)

St Just – Firecrest at Cot Calley again today.

Carnon Downs – probable Siberian Chiffchaff (2) at sewage works today with Chiffchaff (40) and Green Sandpiper

Stithians - Bittern flew from southern cutoff towards reservoir at 1600hrs. Also Goosander. 

St Ives - Woodcock flushed from roadside at Zennor Village at 05.30hrs.

Drift - Goosander still on reservoir.
