The Lizard – ORTOLAN BUNTING flew over Old Lizard Head at 07.30hrs. Also Tree Pipit (2) at Windmill Farm and Redstart (2) and Spotted Flycatcher (2) at Grochall (Thanks I.Maclean)

Nanjizal - RED-BACKED SHRIKE (juv) still in valley on south side in hedge of weedy field by track, 200yrds west of Faraway Cottage

Gwithian - Black Tern (juv) on main pool at St Gothian Sands NR at 1030hrs. (Thanks R.Collis et al) Still present at 18.00hrs and showing well. Also Spotted Redshank, Wheatear, Common Sandpiper, Dunlin (2), Whimbrel and Ringed Plover (4) (PJF and AH)
