Birding highlights in Cornwall today include:

Cot Valley – *DUSKY WARBLER* at NE end in bracken by road just beyond corner house late afternoon.

The Lizard – No sign of Pallas’s Warbler or RB Flycatcher today but Firecrest (3) and Pied Flycatcher.

Land’s End – Richard’s Pipit in field east of cycle track plus Firecrest (5) and Lesser Whitethroat.

Kenidjack – *PALLAS’S WARBLER* midway along valley in scrub right of track between farmhouse with caravan and wooden shed tho elusive.

Hayle Estuary – Spoonbill (2w) again at high tide this afternoon.

Nanquidno – Richard’s Pipit at seaward end this morning tho mobile.

Sennen – **BLYTH’S PIPIT** half a mile east of Sennen in cabbage field again plus Richard’s Pipit.

Truro – *AMERICAN GOLDEN PLOVER* juv 3mls north of Truro and 1.5mls NW Shortlanesend south of A30 in ploughed field east of B3284 with 300 Golden Plovers
