Todays Birding highlights in Cornwall include:

Cot Valley – **HUME’S LEAF WARBLER** still at top end of valley in trees at Cot Manor.

Tehidy Country Park – **HUME’S LEAF WARBLER** still around pond at rear of cafe.

Wadebridge – *CATTLE EGRET* (5) flew over Town Bridge at 09.20hrs

Drift – *CATTLE EGRET* (21) in fields at Treganhoe Farm today

Looe – *CATTLE EGRET* (9+) still at Widegates in fields opposite Downend Country Park (thanks J.Batey)

Newlyn ICELAND GULL (juv) still in harbour. GN Diver still.

AntonySPOONBILL (2 juvs and adult) on River Lynher at Whacker Quay (thanks C.Buckland)

PenzancePurple Sandpiper (38) on rocks at Jubilee Pool

GwithianLittle Gull (1w) still on main pool at St Gothian Sands NR. Also Water Pipit on flashes this afternoon, tho elusive.

Helston – probable Siberian Chiffchaff still with Chiffchaff (20+) at Sewage Works. Also LT Duck still on Loe Pool.
