Todays Birding highlights in Cornall include:
Tehidy - **HUME’S LEAF WARBLER** still in scrub at back of cafe.
Drift - *CATTLE EGRET* (13) still in fields at Treganhoe Farm. Also GLAUCOUS GULL (2w) again in fields at Sancreed and ICELAND GULL (2 juvs) on reservoir
Hayle Estuary - GLAUCOUS GULL (juv) off Causeway this morning (probably the same bird in St Ives Harbour this afternoon). Also Med Gull (ad, 1w and 2w)
Newlyn - ICELAND GULL (juv) off rocks by Tolcarne Inn late morning
Trevose Head - LAPLAND BUNTING (5) still in fields opposite coastguard Cottages. Also Brambling (20), Merlin and RT Diver (25+) off Lifeboat Station this afternoon
Stithians Reservoir - *CATTLE EGRET* still on Golden Lion cutoff. Also Bittern still on southern cutoff.
Helston - Yellow-browed Warbler still at Lower Nansloe Farm and ‘Siberian’ Chiffchaff again
Marazion - ‘Siberian’ Chiffchaff still at Longrock Pool and Water Pipit on beach.
