Todays Birding highlights on a very wet and windy day in Cornwall include:
CATTLE EGRETS reported today from the following sites: between Boscastle and Trevalga by B3263 (1); St Ives, west of Halsetown (5). Gannel Estuary, roosting at Penpoll Creek (8); Drift at Treganhoe Farm (11)
Cot Valley - *HUMES WARBLER* still this morning at top end of valley by Daisy Cottage and showing well.
Hayle Estuary - GW TEAL still in main channel plus Med Gull (ad and 1st w)
Sennen Cove - Purple Sandpiper (22) east of Lifeboat station this morning (per Sennen Cove Birdwatching)
