Todays Birding highlights in Cornwall include:

Drift/SancreedCATTLE EGRET (7) by minor road in cattle field at Treganhoe Farm (SW.428.291)

BotallackCATTLE EGRET (1) in cattle field between Botallack and Carnyorth at 1050hrs then flew towards Pendeen

Siblyback ReservoirGREAT GREY SHRIKE still this morning but no sign by 15.00hrs. (thanks C.Buckland)

Hayle EstuaryGW Teal still of causeway bridge, plus DB Brent Goose, Avocet, GN  Diver and Med Gull (ad and 2w)

WadebridgeHen Harrier (ad. male) at Nine Maidens at 13.30hrs.

MarazionWater Pipit still on beach

St Gothian Sands NR Water Pipit still around flashes at seaward end of reserve.

MaenporthFirecrest between Maenporth and Pennance Mill campsite in holly by road at 14.35hrs

FalmouthMed Gull (ad) on beach at Swanpool again this afternoon.
