Todays Birding highlights in Cornwall include:
Torpoint - NIGHTINGALE still singing at Tregantle Fort this evening. (Thanks C.Buckland)
Sennen - TAWNY PIPIT still in field 1/2 ml SE of Sennen, from A30, 300yrds NE of School turn SE then first right for 250yrds and park by sharp left bend. Then take footpath west to ploughed field to view SW.362.258.
Liskeard - Red Kite over Tremar at 11.00hrs, flew towards Caradon Hill (Thanks R.Rowan)
Lands End - Hobby, Spotted Flycatcher (10+) and Tree Pipit (2) this morning.
St Levan - Wood Warbler west of church in Sallows by turning circle this morning.
Polgigga - Marsh Harrier (fem) flew west over Polgigga at 11.05hrs
Gwithian - Little Tern at St Gothian Sands NR this morning. Also Yellow Wagtail, Wheatear (3) but no sign of any Garganey.
Wadebridge - Garganey (drk), Wood Sandpiper, Little Ringed Plover and Yellow Wagtail at Walmsley Sanctuary this morning. (Thanks D.Julian)
Marazion - Iceland Gull flew west past Marazion at 10.35hrs.
