Helston – Long-tailed Duck (fem) and Goosander (31) at Loe Pool
St.Just – Hen Harrier, Merlin and Woodcock (2) at Chapel Carn Brea
Bude – Corn Bunting (18) in field at edge of Marhamchurch this morning (Thanks D.Clayton)
St.Austell – Slav Grebe (5) and Eider (5) off Par (Thanks St.Austell Baywatch) Black-necked Grebe off Charlestown Harbour (Thanks D.Hastilow). Goldeneye at Par Pool (Thanks T.Pope)Â
Carbis Bay – Still huge numbers of gulls feeding close offshore. Also Red-necked grebe, Balearic Shearwater (13), Red-breasted merganser, Goosander (3) and GN Diver (2)
Mounts Bay – Red-throated Diver (6), Slavonian Grebe, Great-crested Grebe, BT Diver (2), GN Diver (9), Eider (3), Common Scoter (8) and PB Brent Goose in Bay.
Drift – White-fronted Goose still on reservoir today. Also Med Gull.
The Lizard – Black Redstart along coastal path to Kynance Cove (Thanks J&A Clayton)
