Tamar Birdwatching Cruise - Saturday 10th November 2007.
Eighty birders enjoyed an excellent cruise on the River Tamar and Lynher today. Among the species seen, highlights were; 154 Avocet,mostly between Saltash and Kingsmill Lake, 7 Spoonbill on River Lynher, 3 Red-breasted Merganser, 2 Pintail and good numbers of Black-tailed Godwit and Wigeon.
