Sunday 7th October 2007 – Scilly Bird Reports

Todays Birding highlights on the Isles of Scilly include:

St Mary’s - Red-Backed Shrikes at Peninnis Head half way along main track and Lower Moors between Shooters Pool and hides. Barred Warbler at rear of hospital tho mobile. Woodchat Shrike still by track to Carn Vean Tearooms. YB Warbler at top of Holy Vale at junction with sandy Lane in Sycamores.

St Agnes Common Rosefinch at Troy Town in field with orange plastic fence.

TrescoPec. Sandpiper still at NW end of Great Pool with 2 Ruff.
