Seawatching Weather for the Week Ahead

The wind predictions for the week ahead on Magicseaweed are looking favourable for the wests’ seawatching headlands. Strong South/Southwesterlies today are followed tomorrow, Monday and Tuesday by lighter  NW and westerlies, so St Ives and Pendeen should benefit. The winds then pick up and swing round to southerly directions on Wednesday afternoon increasing to 37mph SW  on Thursday evening. Friday morning, the 34mph winds are back to NW and then remain strong and westerlie for the weekend. So Porthgwarra today, St Ives tomorrow, Pendeen Monday, Tuesday and earky Wednesday, back to PG for Weds afternoon and Thursday, then back to St Ives for Friday and Pendeen for the westerlies on Saturday! If only work didnt get in the way! For further info see the MagicSeaweed link above or our Tides and Weather page.
