Todays Birding highlights on the Isles of Scilly include:

St Martins – EUROPEAN BEE-EATER (3) at Middle Town then flew towards Tresco.

Tresco – EUROPEAN BEE-EATER (2) at north end of Borough Farm briefly at 08.30hrs. Also Golden Oriole (male) and Grasshopper warbler.

St Mary’s – Wood Warbler at Lower Moors this morning. Hobby and Short-eared Owl at Telegraph. Iceland Gull at Porthloo this morning.

Bryher – Woodchat Shrike in fields west of campsite and Golden Oriole briefly early morning.
