Todays Birding highlights on the Isles of Scilly include:

Bryher - Lapland Bunting at Shipman Head Down

Tresco – Ortolan Bunting east of Great Pool  in Stubble. Curlew Sandpiper still at NW end of Great Pool on Simpson’s Field. Osprey in pine tree north of Great Pool and Marsh Harrier in area.

St Mary’s – SPOTTED SANDPIPER (juv) still at Porth Hellick Pool at 15.00hrs. Red-backed Shrike still at Higher Moors. Nightingale singing at Lower Moors this morning.
