Equal with the 13th May as the busiest for rarities, the 27th May produced Red-footed Falcons at Delabole in 1989 and at Croft Pascoe in 1990. In 1993 there was a Black Kite at Porthgwarra and a Black-headed Bunting at Rame Head. A Whiskered Tern was at Marazion in 1964 and a Great-spotted Cuckoo was at Gwithian in 1973. The Lizard held a Dark-eyed Junco in 1983.
