A Glossy Ibis travelled between Hayle and Marazion in 1975 and a Rose-coloured Starling at Illogan (brave bird!) in 1989 managed to survive to March 1990! Grey-cheeked Thrush were at Copperhouse in 1985 and Porthgwarra in 1986. Land’s End held a ‘Western’ Bonelli’s Warbler in 2002 and a Penduline Tit in 2004. Bird of the Date award goes to the LITTLE BUSTARD that was in the Lizard village area for four days in 1996.
