A Laughing Gull was on the Estuary at Hayle in 1980 and a Franklin’s Gull was at Devoran in 1984. Star Bird however was the CRAG MARTIN at Stithians Reservoir in 1988.

A Little Bittern was at Goonhilly Downs, The Lizard in 1975

On This Day in History – 20th June

A Red-footed Falcon was at Crows-an-wra for eight days in 1992 and two adult Rose-coloured Starlings were at Lands End in 2002.

A Rose-coloured Starling was at Sennen in 1994.

On This Day in History – 18th June

Both male and female Lesser Scaups were at Loe Pool Heslton in 1997. The female remained into October! Elsewhere, four European Bee-eaters were at Sancreed in 2002.
