1889 – One very old record of a bird shot at Hay Bottom, nr Pentewan, St Austell on 27th October 1889. This bird now resides in the collection at Truro Museum.
2010 – 1st winter bird at The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Mevagissey on 6th October, stayed until December 1st 2010 (found by Bob Mitchell)
