St Just – *IBERIAN CHIFFCHAFF* (male) still singing at top end of Kenidjack valley in copse by engine shed at 1546hrs, showing well on and off. Access west off B3306 opposite Tregeseal Gallery

Otterham – BLACK KITE at Otterham Station by A39 near wind turbine at 1120hrs (Thanks A.Bond)

Zennor - GOLDEN ORIOLE (fem) near headland at Gurnard’s Head this evening til 1815hrs when lost to view (Thanks R H Lawrence)

Wadebridge - Spoonbill and Garganey (2) at Walmsley Sanctuary still

Truro - Siskin (M+F) in garden at 0825hrs (Thanks D.Jenkins)

St Gennys – Red Kite (2) flew over farm around midday (Thanks M.Catt)

Recently – Nancledra – Marsh Harrier (fem) at Georgia

St Just – *IBERIAN CHIFFCHAFF* (male) singing at top end of Kenidjack valley in copse by engine shed this morning. Access west off B3306 opposite Tregeseal Gallery. Also HAWFINCH again briefly then flew south

Penzance - GOLDEN ORIOLE (fem) flew across Long Rock Bypass (Thanks V.Stratton)

Wadebridge – MONTAGU’S HARRIER (fem) in field at Three Holes Cross briefly then flew towards Chapel Amble (Thanks D.Julian). Spoonbill and Garganey (2) at Walmsley Sanctuary (Thanks C.Selway)

Lostwithiel – Red Kite above Duchy Garden Centre at 1230hrs (Thanks B.Coulson)

Launceston – Red Kite flew east over Canworthy Water at 1215hrs (Thanks J.Brown)

Newquay – Osprey fishing still at Porth reservoir at far end Nature Reserve this morning and showing well (Thanks D.Julian and D.Boddy)

Falmouth – Garden Warbler (1+) still at Argal reservoir (Thanks D.Chaney)

Truro – Siskin (M+F) in garden at 1600hrs (Thanks D.Jenkins)

Camelford – BEE-EATER heard only in Mount Camel area at 1250hrs briefly (Thanks A.Bond)

Newquay – Osprey fishing still at Porth reservoir at far end Nature Reserve this morning, search in dead trees at this end. Also Spotted Redshank (sum plum) this afternoon (Thanks D.Mays, T.Carson and D.Grose)

Davidstow – Redstart (2 male), Spotted Flycatcher (3) and Cuckoo heard distantly at Boswithick (Thanks H.Kendall)

Hayle – Redshank on Hayle Estuary RSPB this morning. Also Shelduck (5 ducklings) (Thanks P.Jeggo)

Lanhydrock – Whimbrel (5) on 18th Green at Lanhydrock golf club this morning (Thanks P.McVey)

Lands End – WOODCHAT SHRIKE still north of A30/B3315 junction at Treve Common in field with highland cattle at 0755hrs

St Levan – WOODCHAT SHRIKE in 2nd field up valley from church this afternoon

Wadebridge – Spoonbill (2. 1w), Curlew Sandpiper, Garganey (2. 1drk) and Yellow-legged Gull (2s) at Walmsley Sanctuary (Thanks C.Selway)

Gwithian – Garden Warbler halfway between Hell’s Mouth and Godrevy Lighthouse between 1115-1130hrs (Thanks J.Lander)

Newquay – Osprey at Porth Reservoir again at 1900hrs

Nanquidno – Whimbrel (6) at seaward end of Nanquidno Valley at 2000hrs
